- MASHAV Development News is a blog moderated by the external relations desk of the Israel's National Agency for International Development Cooperation in Jerusalem, Israel. MASHAV is a division within the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since its conception in 1958, MASHAV has trained about 250,000 people from 140 countries, in Israel and in developing countries.
